Matthew TrevithickMatthew Trevithick – Venrock
Mr. Trevithick is a Partner at Venrock where he joined in 2004 after a 4-year investigation of energy-related applications of nanotechnology. Mr. Trevithick previously co-founded and sold two software companies - LiquidMarket, a product search and comparison shopping service, acquired by NBC Internet in 1999 and Flash Communications, a developer of instant messaging technology, acquired by Microsoft in 1998. In addition to his entrepreneurial efforts, Mr. Trevithick worked in project finance and currency trading in Tokyo, London, Singapore and New York. Mr. Trevithick holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Science, Management, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management.

Brian HinmanBrian Hinman – Oak Venture Partners
Mr. Hinman joined Oak as a Venture Partner in 2006; previously he is the co-founder, and formerly the President and CEO, of 2Wire, a provider of broadband service platforms for the DSL market. Mr. Hinman is also the co-founder, and formerly the CEO, of Polycom, Inc. (NASD: PLCM), the world's leading teleconferencing company. Mr. Hinman was the co-founder of PictureTel Corporation (formerly NASD: PCTL) at the age of 22, pioneering the video compression technology that has endured into the standards of today. Mr. Hinman is an engineer by training, a specialist in digital signal processing, and holds twelve U.S. patents and was named an Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in 2005. Mr. Hinman holds a Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering summa cum laude from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Bruce SohnBruce Sohn
Mr. Sohn was President of First Solar from February 2007 through April 2011 and served on the Company's Board of Directors during the formative years of 2003-2009. During his tenure, corporate revenue grew annually from $135 million to more than $3.5 billion and the company became the largest photovoltaic module manufacturer and builder of utility scale solar power plants. Previously, Mr. Sohn was at Intel Corporation for 24 years where he played a leadership role in developing, engineering and manufacturing leading-edge semiconductor technologies. He is an engineering graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and currently chairs the US Commerce Department's Manufacturing Council for the Obama administration and is a Clean Energy Ambassador to the World Wildlife Fund (WWF).
