Electronics Cooling

Following Moore's Law there continues to be tremendous progress, technologically and in terms of processor capability, in electronic devices and systems driving the need for more effective thermal management. With ubiquitous applications that include semiconductor microprocessors, opto-electronics, and even data center servers there is a corresponding increase in the operating heat generated. The ever increasing rise in computing power exacerbates consumption and cooling demands now limiting new product designs. Phononic's thermoelectric devices are designed to pump a large amount of heat over a small area effectively meeting the size constraints expected by OEMs with an efficient cooling solution that reduces cooling power consumption.
